Dear friends and neighbors:

Eastern Carolina is my home. I have devoted years to protecting our way of living and our precious waters, the heart of our economy. My neighbors struggle to make ends meet while the cost of living rises and middle class families get priced out of their own communities. I am a mother who understands first hand how hard it is to afford health care and how important it is to get quality education for our children. I will be a representative who gets things done for all the people of Carteret and Jones Counties, fighting for decent jobs, quality health care, and a clean environment where our children can grow, learn, and prosper.
